our dishwasher stopped working, displayed E01 code and whenever closed was running drain pump all the time. i’ve called their support and learned it’s a known anti-flood feature and is caused by water that leaked gradually out of dishwasher and stayed in its base.
solution?
- take dishwasher out of the kitchen cabinet,
- disconnect it,
- tilt it backwards 45 degree and let water drip out – for me it was ~2 glasses of water; having towels on the floor helped containing the leak,
- connect it again and test if it works on shortest program – it did for me,
- interrupt the program and press cancel button for 3s so dishwasher resets / recalibrates itself
makes you wonder why does the water leak out of device’s main wash tub in the first place.
